Exploring the Risk of Skin Cancer from Ultraviolet B Phototherapy for the Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis

While UV-B phototherapy is a common treatment for patients with atopic dermatitis

(AD), its long-term safety in terms of skin cancer risk has not been explored.  Therefore, a study aimed to assess the long-term safety of UV-B phototherapy as a treatment for AD in relation to the risk of developing skin cancer.
